Asian Football Association in April 2021, song FA"Asian Football Association Coach Convention - B level qualification certification"This means that the B-level coaching courses, lecturers and certificates organized by the Macao Football Association have been certified by the Asian Football Association.

    The coaching convention stipulates the minimum standard of Asian coaches' teaching, which aims to enhance the effect of advanced teaching methods by emphasizing the training of core competence, strengthening self-confidence, encouraging self reflection, self innovation, and solving and thinking problems independently.

    According to the Convention, coaches are required to participate in continuing education and training courses for coaches, which will be launched by this Council"Coaching Handbook"and"Continuing education training program"To hold different forms of seminars and workshops, so that coaches in Macao can provide a platform for continuous learning, so as to improve the quality of teaching and build a better foundation for grassroots players.
